Boki Food Service is an active multi-concept concession operation founded by Borjan Jaksic, running 12 food concepts across 5 state fairs and 30+ festivals in 9 states over nearly 20 years. From sirloin tips to fresh-cut fries to artisan gelato, every concept is built for high-volume, high-margin festival operations. Borjan has hired 100+ people in the concession industry and built systems that run across multiple locations simultaneously — the kind of operational experience that only comes from actually being in the booth season after season. Borjan is also the founder of Mobile Food Experts — a coaching company built to share those systems with food truck owners, festival vendors, and concession operators across the country.
